Kenia Nieto

Senior Medical Assistant

Kenia assists Dr. Mobley with all in-office procedures, arranging testing and surgery, getting patients into rooms and getting them comfortable. She is very experienced and all our patients enjoy working with Kenia very much. She is a real asset to our practice as you will see when you interact with her.

Brittany Forrester

Senior Research Assistant

Brittany is a delight to work with, and if you become involved in one of our research studies you will enjoy working not only with Dr. Mobley, but closely with Brittany. She will schedule your visits, and provide any tests or medications that are part of the study.

Julissa Forquet

Office Manager

Julissa manages day-to-day office needs overseeing things including managing workflow, handling issues with insurance, reimbursements, etc. She also oversee billing procedures, monitor patient scheduling policy, serve as an IT liaison, contract with outside services such as medical waste disposal companies, and maintain office space conducive to patient preferences. She ensures that it's a well-run practice for both physicians and patients in strict compliance with health care laws.

Climmie Butler

Surgery Scheduler

Climmie ensures, organizes, and maintains an active, accurate, and operational surgery schedule. In addition, she manages patient’s medical records, inputting and updating patient’s insurance information, scheduling procedures from the physician’s office using established hospital guidelines, and ensuring sufficient information is distributed to the patients and all necessary parties – hospital departments, primary-care physician, and surgeon through productive open communication.
