About Me
David F. Mobley, M.D., FACS is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of Tennessee. He has done postgraduate training at Baylor College of Medicine and Rice University. Dr. Mobley is an Associate Clinical Professor at Urology-Weill Cornell Medicine and at Methodist Center of Excellence.
Dr. Mobley is extensively involved in the clinical practice of urology and is highly interested in the management of diseases of the prostate, prostate cancer, prostate enlargement and prostatitis. He is very involved as well in the management of diseases of the kidney including infection, stones and tumors. His interest in management of men and women with the problems of urinary incontinence is extensive.
He was among the first in Texas to offer the no-scalpel vasectomy and has performed thousands of these in-office procedures for men desiring permanent sterilization. At the opposite end of that spectrum, he also offers evaluation and treatment of men with infertility and is well-experienced in vasectomy reversal.
In the area of erectile dysfunction, Dr. Mobley is one of the most-experienced physicians in the southwest. He began offering penile implant surgery to his patients as far back as 1977, and has helped thousands of men with medication, surgery and other options. He believes that almost every man suffering from erectile dysfunction can be helped.
In the area of clinical research, Dr. Mobley has been extensively involved for more than 3 decades, and remains active in this arena presently. You can find Dr. Mobley these days working along side his colleagues at Houston Methodist Urology Associates located at the Houston Methodist West Campus in Katy. He is accepting new patients, and takes most insurance plans including Medicare.
